Not know what a backlink strategy is and how it works?
Here is a quick explanation and how to use Quora
Quora Backlink Strategy
Quora is a legitimate site that you can generate backlinks in your content marketing strategy.

Before you start posting answers to questions on Quora, check out my step 3 ‘How to do a q&a without getting banned from quora’ later on in this blog.
When you are posting answers to questions on Quora using the strategy in step 3 titled ‘How to do a q&a without getting banned from quora’ you are also increasing your Domain Authority.
The more detailed answers you give on a consistent basis, the higher your Domain Authority will get.
What is Domain Authority and why is it so important?
Domain Authority is defined as
“Domain Authority (DA) is a search engine ranking score developed by Moz that predicts how well a website will rank on search engine result pages (SERPs). A Domain Authority score ranges from one to 100, with higher scores corresponding to a greater ability to rank.”
Moz
Domain Authority that is between 40 and 50 is considered an average score, but you can still improve on it. Obviously, the higher your Domain Authority is, the higher you will rank on Google and other search engines.
Ranking high on Google and other search engines is key to attract more traffic to your website.

5 Steps To Attract More Traffic To Your Website With Quora
Tap into the power of Quora and attract more traffic to your website with results in as little as 3 months.
3 months is the optimal time to start seeing results. 3 months as you need the algorithm to start working. Working with getting organic website traffic from Google and other search engines.
Maximize your results by using these 5 steps that I used on a previous blog. These 5 steps got 2000 extra visitors a month. Plus, it also pushed up my Domain Authority.
I only did this for 7 months in total and it got me extra high paying clients.
Now with all this extra work for my freelance business, I only answer 1 question a month and I still keep that flow of traffic up.
So this strategy will work for you, all you need to do is follow the steps below.
Step 1 Optimize Your Quora Profile
There are 3 main points you really need to cover when optimizing your Quora Profile.

Point #1 Your Profile Pic
As with any picture you have on social media when you are represent your business. You want to have a picture where you are groomed, happy and smiling. Don’t have a drunken group photo, that won’t attract the right people or get you taken seriously.
Point #2 Your Headline
Your headline should is similar to what you would find on LinkedIn. The headline is what represents what you do and your specialist knowledge.
Point #3 Your Description
Your description on Quora is similar to what you find on LinkedIn.
Point out exactly who you help, how you help them, and the results you give them.
Unlike LinkedIn, you can scatter your description with links to useful resources that you own and how they can help your target market.
Additionally, you can add links to your social media profiles for your target market to follow, like or connect with you and speak to you on that platform.
Step 2 How Not To Get Banned From Quora
Getting banned from Quora happens to us all at some time. But if you want to avoid getting banned here

Be thoughtful
Give long thoughtful answers that are in-depth and really like a micro-blog. Therefore you only want to find and answer ultra-specific questions that what your niche is about.
Giving a long thought out answer you should be adding links to external sources of information that give relevant and further information.
Add 3 external links from sources that are not yours, then add 1 link that is yours. Doing this Quora does not perceive you as a spammer and remove you from the platform.
Step 3 Do Your Own Q&A’s
Yes you can add your own questions and answer them yourself. Go to the top right corner and you will find a red box called ‘Add Question’.
Add a question that is relevant to your expertise and is a common question that you are being asked right now. Then give a long thoughtful answer like a micro-blog. See the strategy for ‘step 2 how not to get banned from Quora’
Step 4 Get Upvotes
Another benefit to a well thought out answer is that you get upvotes. Works a bit like ‘likes’ on social media. But these upvotes means that your answer goes to the top of all of the answers given.
Plus these upvotes can lead to followers.
Step 5 Get Followers
Followers on Quora are people who like your answers to the questions given. But these followers can send you questions for you to answer (that still get seen by everyone).
Answer these questions and they will start to know, like and trust you.
Conclusion
Start using Quora today and answer 1 question a day and you can build up a whole new legion of fans. Just make sure that you give well thought out answers with just 1 link to your website, otherwise, you could find yourself getting kicked off.
